蘇格蘭民謠搖滾才子艾爾史都華(Al Stewart, born 1945)，其最知名招牌歌當屬1977年打入美國告示牌流行榜第八名的 "Year Of The Cat"，再則1978年拿到US Billboard成人抒情榜TOP1的"Time Passages"。

 

其實《Time Passages》專輯裡還有一首被忽略的好歌 "The Palace of Versailles"，歌詞隱喻18世紀波旁王朝的法王及引發法國大革命的關鍵，雖未入榜卻是難得的好作品，有興趣者可聽看看…
