2012年，倫敦女歌手Amelia Bushell與吉他手Thomas Servidone邂逅於紐約布魯克林一家open-mic音樂吧，兩人對於音樂的想法一拍即合，女鍵盤手兼合音Tara Rook、貝斯手Gary Atturio、鼓手Rob Walbourne三人陸續加入，一支獨立夢幻搖滾樂團Belle Mare於是成立。

他們花了四個月時間籌備製作《The Boat of the Fragile Mind》首張EP，收錄了8首作品於2013年發行。女中音Amelia Bushell沉緩慵懶的歌聲，聽似樸拙平淡卻是淒美觸心！

該團2016年發行首張專輯《Heaven Forget》，2018年又陸續發表幾首新作，媒體曝光度漸增。女主唱Amelia Bushell其實蠻瘋的，dream-pop不過癮，2016年又加入紐約布魯克林Grim Streaker樂團大玩龐克搖滾。

加拿大影片製作、編曲兼藝術工作者Seb與Ben McKinnon兄弟檔，以CLANN分身藝名，結合攝影、音樂、美術，經過混音剪輯，2015年推出《Kin Fables》影片計畫之後，2017年再度發行《Seelie》專輯。

《Seelie》專輯邀請今年28歲的加拿大創作歌手Charlotte Oleena擔任女聲，她個人曾以"Sea Oleena"之化名發行過三張專輯。

本專輯收錄十首作品，Charlotte Oleena的純淨女聲穿梭於電子音效與法國提琴手Chloe Picard的弦樂中，充滿迷離飄渺感，聽完九分鐘的終曲"I Hold You"並不覺冗長，足見Seb McKinnon的剪輯功力到位。

Shield Patterns 是一支2012年成立於英國曼徹斯特的電子實驗樂團，由女主唱克萊布倫特內爾(Claire Brentnall)與電子合成錄音師理查克諾斯(Richard Knox)二人組成。

女主唱Claire Brentnall本身擅鋼琴與黑管，2014年首張專輯主打歌"Dust Hung Heavy"令人驚喜!!!

Claire空靈仙音，漂浮迴盪，冷硬電子樂融入鋼琴間奏，脫俗巧妙。

蕾拉琳恩(Lera Lynn)今年33歲，來自美國德州的創作歌手兼演員，喬治亞大學人類學系畢業，2011年發行首張EP，走另類搖滾與鄉村搖滾曲風。

2014年與音樂製作人T Bone Burnett合作，為HBO美劇《無間警探》(True Detective)創作錄唱了幾首配樂，知名度大開，Lera Lynn本人於劇中客串飾演駐唱歌手一角，Lynn在錄唱歌曲前喝了不少威士忌養緒入戲，讓歌聲更顯慵懶以符劇情角色。

本曲選自Lera Lynn 2016年新專輯，旋律曲調頗合我味!!!

今年25歲，來自北歐斯堪地那維亞(Scandinavian)新人創作歌手Skott(Pauline Skott)，被評為2017年全球值得期待的25位新人歌手之一。

模特兒是他的情人美國超現實主義女攝影師李米樂(Lee Miller, 1907-1977)

錯過1997年影展片"做愛後動物感傷"(After Sex)，今年初發現一支樂團—Cigarettes After Sex，這團名引我特別關注，試聽第一首歌"I'm a Firefighter"甚為驚艷，歌聲一度讓我雌雄莫辨…(我常將低沈女聲誤認男性)

Google之下答案揭曉:這支2008年成立於紐約的四人團體∼事後煙(Cigarettes After Sex)，團名是否來自電影片名不得而知，目前僅發行兩張EP，封面皆採用美國現代主義藝術家曼雷(Man Ray ,1890-1976)的攝影作品，主唱Greg雙眼迷離面無表情，輕柔慵懶的中性男聲，平淡中吐出的情感竟深動我心。

這位女孩…今年24歲來自威爾斯的Kate McGill，能彈愛唱，自2006年起，將在家翻唱Adele, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Katy Perry等流行天后知名歌曲的影音上傳至YouTube爆紅...

在累積了相當人氣之後，Kate在2011年發行 "Replaced" 首張專輯。

2013年Kate與兩位朋友組新樂團《Meadowlark》並發表新作品"Family tree"，這首歌反應相當好且被收錄於2014年第二張專輯《Three Six Five》的主打歌。

憂鬱早熟的稚嫩女聲

狄龍(Dillon):1988年出生於巴西，四歲隨母遷往德國科隆，大學主修攝影，本身是創作歌手與鋼琴師，目前於柏林創作與發展音樂事業。

2011年發行個人首張專輯《This Silence Kills》獲得相當不錯的回應，單曲"Thirteen Thirtyfive"廣受歡迎。第二張專輯的單曲"A Matter Of Time"亦為我愛。

Dillon歌聲稚嫩卻滿股憂鬱，如同其人鮮少笑容，活似早熟不快樂女。其作品多鋼琴主伴奏+少量電子音效，近似清唱更顯聲音特質，靜心細品尤能咀嚼出味。

"Thirteen Thirtyfive"取樣改編自瑞典創作歌手Jens Lekman的"Pocket Full of Money"一曲。

諾言與野獸(Promise & The Monster)為今年29歲的瑞典古怪唱作才女Billie Lindahl之藝名，目前已發行三張專輯，詞曲創作及吉他、長笛、大提琴、風琴、手風琴一手包，2007年發行首張專輯"Transparent Knives"(透明小刀)時還在唸大學，首支單曲"Antarktis"(南極洲)為17歲時創作。

2011年"Red Tide"與2016年"Feed the Fire"這兩張專輯更中我味，高昂輕飄極具穿透力的歌聲，時感飄渺虛幻，忽又鬼魅迷惑，乍聽即愛。
